Troop 418 offers a dynamic Scout program that empowers youth through hands-on outdoor adventures, leadership development, and community service. Our Scouts gain essential life skills while building confidence, fostering teamwork, and exploring the natural world, all within a supportive and inclusive environment led by experienced youth and dedicated adult mentors.

Scout Responsibilities

At Troop 418, scouts are responsible for meeting expectations that promote leadership, character, and the spirit of Scouting:

1. Active Participation:

Regularly attend meetings, outings, and activities.

2. Service:

Contribute to Troop and community service projects.

3. Advancement:

Take initiative in progressing through Scouting ranks.

4. Live by the Scout Oath and Law:

Uphold the values of honesty, respect, and responsibility in all aspects of life.

5. Leadership:

Mentor and guide fellow scouts in leadership roles.

6. Scout Spirit:

Show enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive attitude in all activities.

STEM Scouting 

STEM Scouting Program encourages scouts to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through fun, hands-on activities. Scouts can design robots, code simple programs, and study ecosystems, all while earning Nova Awards for their achievements. With guidance from counselors, they discover new skills and interests, making learning both exciting and rewarding.
